Studied protecting wildlife at Tokyo Communication Arts College. Kimbara is my senior.
I’m passionate about animal. I was captured by Iriomote for its unique biological diversity – wildlife I could only see on picture books. So, I made up my mind to settle down here in this island.
My favorite activity is shooting photos of animal and post them to FaceBook.
Experience the best-kept secrets of natural wonderland of Iriomote. Mangrove-fringed rivers, sea of coral reef and undersea life and tropical jungle and a lot more. Let me help you to fully enjoy this fabulous and magnificent nature. Let’s talk about wild animal, vegetation, food, culture and history of this island to make your tour an unforgettable experience.
Helped the baseball team win the league pennant by driving in 2 runs in 2014 season. Drank Awamori (Okinawa’s local hard liquor) my fill at the celebration party.
In my student days, I studied vegetation after forest fire in Borneo, Indonesia. After engaging in soybean curd production in Osaka, I decided to move to Iriomote because I definitely wanted to work infields – the island surrounded by blue ocean and green jungle.
I’m a kind of easygoing person. Ocean swimming is my favorite pastime.
“If you travel to a south-eastern Asian country during your youth, you would become hooked on it.” As someone said, I was captivated by jungles in Borneo. That’s why I moved to Iriomote.
Iriomote is the last hidden charm in Japan, vast tropical jungle and coral reef sea of multiple blue color mix.
Here in this island, time flows in a leisurely pace.
Why not surrender yourself to the greatness of nature in Iriomote.
